Service Description

What’s Included: • A 60-minute online Sleep Consultation. • A thorough review of your child’s sleep profile (based on a comprehensive questionnaire and sleep diary completed beforehand). • A personalised, evidence-based sleep plan tailored to your child’s individual needs and your parenting preferences. Post-Consultation Support: • A check-in on Day 2 of your plan. • A follow-up call at either 2 or 4 weeks, depending on your child’s age. Optional Add-On Support: Many parents choose to wait until after the consultation before deciding whether they wish for additional support. For those that would, the following options are available: • £45: Three morning check-ins or three parent-initiated check-ins over two weeks. • £150: Seven days of unlimited WhatsApp support (within waking hours).
